Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply issues, we’ll notify you by email with an updated estimated delivery date.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your plant-based protein products and ensure quality packaging with photos before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at owner@rootlifeproducts.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.
We will do our best to help dispute the issue, but all customers are encouraged to reach out to the carrier directly regarding product damage or shipping-related problems, as this can help speed up the resolution process.
